Everything you need to know about MisterOrMiss.com — especially how we handle your data.
We do not store your contact list data. No names, emails, or uploaded file contents are saved in our database. Your lists are processed and returned — that is it.
No. MisterOrMiss.com does not store the data you submit for processing — no names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other fields from your pasted text or uploaded CSV files. Your list is processed in memory, results are returned to you, and the contact data is discarded. We never build a database of your customers or prospects.
No. If your CSV includes email columns or other contact fields, those are used only during processing and are not saved. We do not retain email addresses, attachments, or raw file contents after your job completes.
Only what is needed to run the product: your account and workspace details (via Clerk), organization settings, billing status, usage counts for the current billing period, and job metadata like row counts and status — never individual names. Temporary download files, when used, expire within 24 hours.
MisterOrMiss.com helps teams generate formal business salutations from contact lists. Paste names or upload a CSV and receive suggested Mr./Ms. titles, greeting lines, confidence scores, and safe fallbacks for ambiguous names.
No. We provide confidence-scored title suggestions based on first-name patterns. We do not claim to identify gender identity. When a name is ambiguous, we flag it for review and use a safe fallback greeting like "Dear Alex Morgan" instead of guessing.
Sometimes. Common names may be resolved from built-in first-name data. Names that are not resolved locally may be sent with country and language context to Cloudflare Workers AI for a title suggestion. AI Gateway caching is disabled for these requests, and we do not use submitted lists to train our own models or build a contact database.
Include a column named full_name, first_name, or similar. MisterOrMiss.com detects common column names automatically. If we cannot find a name column, you will see a clear error asking you to adjust your file.
Yes. Plans are organization-wide. All members of your workspace share the name credit pool for the current billing period. Seat limits depend on your plan — see the pricing page for details.
There is no contact list data to delete because we never stored it. Your account and workspace metadata may remain according to our billing provider's retention policies, but your submitted names and emails were never saved in the first place.
We are designed with data minimization in mind. Because we do not persist contact list contents, the risk surface for personal data from your lists is significantly reduced. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to process any lists you submit. Account-level data is handled according to our privacy policy and our providers' terms.
Signed-in users can manage their workspace from the dashboard. For policy questions, review our privacy policy and terms of service. For product issues, check your job status page or contact support through your workspace settings.
