Privacy Policy

What we do not store

When you use MisterOrMiss.com to process a contact list, the following is never persisted in our systems:

• Pasted name lists or free-text input
• Uploaded CSV file contents
• Individual names, email addresses, or other contact fields from your files
• Generated output rows tied to your organization
• Raw email bodies or attachments submitted for processing

Processing happens in memory through our Cloudflare-hosted application and, when a title cannot be resolved from built-in first-name data, Cloudflare Workers AI. AI Gateway caching is disabled for these requests. Once your job completes and you receive results, your contact data is discarded. We do not build a copy of your customer or prospect lists.

What we do store

To operate a team SaaS product, we keep a small amount of non-contact data:

• Account information — managed through our authentication provider (Clerk), such as your sign-in email and workspace membership
• Job metadata — row counts, processing status, timestamps, and result summaries (not individual names)
• Usage counts — how many names your organization processed in a billing period, for plan limits
• Organization settings — defaults like country, language, and salutation preferences
• Billing metadata — subscription status and plan information
• Global first-name intelligence — anonymized, aggregated title likelihood data for common first names, not linked to your lists or organization

When async CSV processing is enabled, temporary result files may be stored in secure object storage and expire automatically within 24 hours. These files contain your processed output for download only and are not retained permanently.

How we describe our product

MisterOrMiss.com provides confidence-scored business title suggestions and formal salutation generation. We do not claim to identify gender identity. Ambiguous names receive safe fallback greetings (for example, “Dear Alex Morgan”) instead of uncertain title guesses.

Logs and error reporting

Our logs are sanitized. We record operational details such as job IDs, row counts, and error categories — never raw contact data. If something goes wrong during processing, our engineers can diagnose the issue without seeing your names or emails.

Third-party services

MisterOrMiss.com relies on trusted providers for core infrastructure:

• Clerk — authentication, organizations, and billing
• Cloudflare — hosting, database, temporary file storage, and Workers AI title suggestions for names not resolved by built-in first-name data

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and only receive the information needed to deliver their services. Workers AI receives the name and selected country/language context needed to make a title suggestion. We disable AI Gateway caching for contact-list processing and do not use submitted lists to train our own models or build a customer/prospect database.

Data retention

Contact list data: not retained after processing completes.

Temporary download files: expire within 24 hours.

Job metadata and usage counts: retained in sanitized form for billing, support, and operational purposes while your account is active.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about your account. Because we do not store your contact lists, there is no contact data for us to export or erase on your behalf — it was never saved.

To manage your account information, use your profile settings or contact us through your workspace.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Our core commitment — not storing your contact list data — will not change without clear notice.
