1. About MisterOrMiss.com

MisterOrMiss.com is a business tool that helps teams generate formal salutations and title suggestions (for example, Mr. or Ms.) from contact lists. You may paste names or upload CSV files and receive processed results with confidence scores and safe fallbacks for ambiguous entries.

2. Your contact data is not stored

MisterOrMiss.com is built on a privacy-first model. We do not store the contact list data you submit — no names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other fields from your pasted text or uploaded files. Processing happens in memory and results are returned to you without persisting your list in our database.

3. Account and workspace

To use MisterOrMiss.com you must create an account and, for team features, a workspace (organization). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use MisterOrMiss.com only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Upload or process contact lists you do not have the right to use
• Use the service to harass, discriminate against, or harm individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
• Violate applicable data protection or privacy laws

You remain responsible for complying with all laws that apply to the contact lists you process, including obtaining any required consent from the people whose data you submit.

5. Output and limitations

MisterOrMiss.com provides confidence-scored title suggestions and formal salutations. We do not claim to identify gender identity. Ambiguous names receive safe fallback greetings rather than guesses. You should review output before use in customer-facing communications.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that every suggestion will be correct for every name, culture, or context.

6. Plans, billing, and usage limits

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Usage limits (such as monthly name credits and seat counts) apply according to your selected plan. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled according to the policies of our billing provider.

7. Intellectual property

MisterOrMiss.com, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the contact lists you submit. We claim no rights over your input or the output we generate for you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MisterOrMiss.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in salutation output or business decisions based on processed results. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using MisterOrMiss.com at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Because we do not store your contact lists, termination does not require us to delete submitted name data — it was never retained.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MisterOrMiss.com after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
